I’ve been adding screencaps of James in the BBC mini series State of Play back in 2003 to James McAvoy Fan.

There are six episodes altogether and James starred alongside well-known faces such as John Simm, Philip Glenister, Marc Warren and Bill Nighy in all but the first episode. Enjoy the caps!

This appearance wasn’t confirmed as such and images weren’t available yesterday, but yes, Eliza did attend the ‘UpFronts’ on behalf of Dollhouse, despite a presentation not being planned.

Canadian actor Neve Campbell is NUVO’s Summer cover feature, issue on newsstands May 26. In an exclusive interview and photo shoot by Brian Bowen Smith in Los Angeles, Campbell is featured in a series of vintage clothing that evoke a stage performance and exemplify her love for dancing and acting.
After starting out as a professional dancer in the National Ballet School, Campbell capitalized on her innate ability to shine onstage to move into the world of acting. “You don’t start out in a career picking and choosing,” says Campbell, “so I was guessing at some things—but like in dance, I knew if I did the work, it would pay off eventually.” Campbell soon starred in the hit TV series Party of Five as well as the popular Scream movies. Yet despite her mainstream projects, many of Campbell’s career choices have fallen outside the realm of big-budget blockbusters, and have led her to select unique roles both in independent films and theatre productions.
NUVO talks to the talented star about her experiences, and her upcoming role in the two-part drama Burn Up, airing on Global in June. She will also be starring in the British film Matchstalk Man, to be released in 2009.

Despite a flurry of engagement rumors, Kate Hudson and Owen Wilson – Hollywood’s most notorious on-again, off-again couple – have called it quits, less than two months after rekindling their romance in Miami.

The end of their erratic courtship (they began dating in September ‘06) comes amid erroneous reports that the pair were engaged, fueled by photos of Hudson wearing a Tiffany & Co. ring (it was a prop!) both on-and-off set of her film Bride Wars, which she’s filming in Boston.

Glen Kasper, principal of Storm Studios, said “Joss has always been known to create intriguing, very detailed stories and worlds, so it was a challenging assignment to get all the layers and intricacies of the story into a 3 minute trailer”. STORM was cutting the trailer simultaneously as the pilot was being shot, so FOX could get the sneak of DOLLHOUSE out in time for it’s yearly upfront meeting in New York.

It’s been needed for a while, but I have managed to get a new look up at Abigail Clancy Online, which I actually like. Also I just uploaded a new look for my personal site which has shrunk somewhat in size, but simple and organised, so I have put both in the same post rather than waste two.
